SAMPLE TENANCY AGREEMENT
This lease, has been entered into this ______ day of ____________, 2008 between ________________, (hereinafter referred to as LANDLORD and/or LESSOR), and ________________, (hereinafter referred to jointly and severally as LESSEE or LESSEES). Lessor, in consideration of the rent to be paid, and the covenants and conditions to be performed by the Lessee(s) does hereby lease the following described Premises/Property, a ________________ bedroom unfurnished house located at ________________, ________________, in the parish of ________________, (hereinafter referred to as the Premises/Property).
The term of the one-year lease shall be for one year from HOUR? of ________________, YEAR 1 to HOUR? of ________________, 2YEAR 2.
Lessee agrees to pay as rent for residential Premises/Property the total sum of $________________( thousand/ hundred dollars and cents). This sum will be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of $________________( dollars and cents) after any applicable prorated rent.
